MGS Machinery, which produces demolition booms and hydraulic cutting shears in its own facilities, offers quality and performance together with its 35,000 m2 area and technological machinery.

MGS Makina, which gives top priority to customer satisfaction, produces its own electricity with solar energy and also uses rainwater storage systems that are environmentally friendly and finally manufactures carbon neutrally.

Our production facility, which has EN 1090-2 EXC3 and ISO 3834-2 certificates, is managed with an integrated quality management system consisting of ISO 9001-14001 - 45001. Our ©Tymsah brand hydraulic cutting shears are CE Certified. Finally, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification has been concluded.

All production operations are carried out in our own factory with our fiber laser cutting, robotic welding, CNC machining, painting, and assembly lines.

We regularly have ready-made shears in our stocks and our spare parts and service lines are available 24/7.

• The special cylinders we produce for concrete crushing operations enable concrete to be broken easily with 350 bar pressure. (test pressure 700 bar) Short opening-closing cycle time and the generated cutting pressure reduce the total operation time.

• The teeth attached to our crusher jaws provide long working hours and ease of operation thanks to their high manganese alloy, thus the maintenance requirement is reduced to the lowest level. Crusher teeth can be easily replaced.

• Steel cutting shears are optimized to be used on four sides.

• Crushing and cutting are done with the same shear.

• Residual stress is eliminated in our bodies with post-welding stress relief operation, and our shears are specially designed to give the best and longest demolition performance.

• Rotation motors are designed to distribute the load and produce high torque. Our shears, which can rotate 360 degrees infinitely, are also protected by shock valves and the working life of the hydromotors is extended.

• Our shears can rotate 360 degrees infinitely.

• Our rotary ring gears have a double ball bearing system.

• Production is carried out in our Carbon Neutral production facility.
